On many occasions a significant bone loss can be result of dental extraction or natural tooth loss. In some cases before the dental implants can be installed, the bone substitution procedure(also called bone grafting) may need to be used as there is an insufficient bone structure.

First Visit : From one to three days is recommended for your stay, plus an additional one to two days that you should rest and not travel. The day after, you should be available to receive a “Control Visit”. Normally six to twelve months is waiting between bone augmentation procedure, and the placing of implants. However, it is possible that a dentist may choose to fit the implants sooner
