TRANSPORTATION AND CARE
Upon your arrival to Warsaw you are picked up by a member of Dental Travel Poland Team who will take care of you during your stay. We provide transportation between the airport and the place of your stay and for each of your dental appointment in the clinic. We also provide transportation while city sightseeing (if required). There is also 24h help line for our customers staying in Warsaw.

Price: weekend - 60£, during the week - 80£, includes:
- breakfast

Price: weekend - 45£, during the week - 55£, includes:
- 1 king or 2 double beds for up to 2 adult

Price: 35£ per night, includes:
- breakfast
- 2-person bedroom with bathroom
- additional services provided by OkiDoki Hostel
Intercontinental
Price: weekend - 60£, during the week - 80£, includes:
- breakfast
- 1 king or 2 double beds for up to 2 adult
- additional services provided by the Intercontinental
Campanile
Price: weekend - 40£, during the week - 50£, includes:
- 1 king or 2 double beds for up to 2 adult
- additional services provided by the Campanile
Mazowiecki Hotel
Price: 35£ single room includes:

SIGHTSEEING
During your stay in Warsaw we will be happy to quide you through highlights of Warsaw. It will of course depend on your free time between dental appointments and your preferences. Please check places we strongly recommend at www.dentaltravelpoland.co.uk/warsaw. If you don’t find them interesting or have any particular places you want to visit let us know.
MONEY EXCHANGE
If you need polish cash and you don’t have time to get it at home or you cannot get a fair exchange rate please let us know. We will quote you our most favourable exchange rate and provide you with polish cash upon your arrival to Warsaw.
X-RAYS
It is a standard procedure for our customers to send us X-rays before their arrival so that our dentists can prepare an initial treatment plan and estimated costs on the basis of X-rays.
PRICES
You can find our current dental services price list at www.dentaltravelpoland.co.uk/prices. Please bear in mind that those prices are estimates only: which may be higher or lower depending on the difficulty and complexity of treatment.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Dental Travel Poland charges 2 types of fees:
Administration fee of 20 pounds
DTP fee wchich is 25 pounds/per day of your stay in Warsaw
Our company is always ready to deal with unusual orders. We can prepare individual payment after prior arrangements.
PAYMENTS
All the dentistry bills are paid in the clinic after each visit. You can pay them by cash (polish zloties) or credit card (recommended). Administration fee, DTP fee and accommodation fee are paid in advance by credit card via our internet service and are subject to confirming your reservation.
REFERENCES
If you fell you would like to speak to one of our previous customers before making a decision please let us know and we will contact you with him/her. We always ask our customers before they departure if they agree to give references to 3 people considering traveling to Warsaw with our company. If they agree we provide their tel. numbers or e-mail address to those intrested.
OTHER SERVICES
If you feel you may need our assistance of any other matter for example: help in getting tickets to theather or cinema, help in renting a car, our advise where to do the best shopping, etc. do not hesitate to ask.
